A goal of the Homeowner’s Association is to keep the property values in the community as high as possible. In order to accomplish this goal approvals are required from the Architectural Committee whenever a change is made to your home that is visible from the street.

The good news it that it’s easy to request a change! Simply fill out the ACC Request Form (in either .doc or .pdf) and submit to Protocol Property Management at association@protocolpm.com. A representative will work with your neighbors in the Architectural Committee to evaluate the request. After the evaluation is complete you will be notified with the status of your request.
