The annual power washing of our neighborhood common area sidewalks is planned for a date likely in early June. The common area sidewalks include near the tot lot, the front entrance, and near the two mailboxes along 185th .

Protocol Property Management is currently making arrangements for a contract bid to conduct this power washing job.

What’s in it for each of us? Would you like to save the usual ‘transportation’ fee while the bid winning contractor is in the neighborhood? Amy has arranged a $70 per driveway and sidewalk fee with the contractor while they are in the neighborhood.
